TransINNOVATE at the National Summit
At the 8th National Summit on Professional Tertiary Education held in Prague, the Erasmus+ project TransINNOVATE was presented as a forward-looking response to the transformation of professional higher education. Marcel Kraus from the TAH Centre introduced the project’s transdisciplinary approach, which connects technology, art, and humanities in order to overcome traditional disciplinary silos. TransINNOVATE develops practical courses and digital tools, including the use of artificial intelligence, to support educators in integrating technological competence with social responsibility. The project emphasises that future graduates must combine technical expertise with critical thinking, creativity, and ethical awareness. By fostering innovation-oriented curricula and flexible learning pathways, TransINNOVATE contributes to a modernised and more responsive professional tertiary education sector.
