INFORMATION, INTELLIGENCE, THE MOMENT OF DECISION
- Categories Conference
- Date 22.11.2025
The conference explores how information, intelligence and decision-making are being reshaped in an era defined by artificial intelligence, algorithmic influence and systemic uncertainty. It addresses the urgent need for new competences that combine technological understanding, ethical responsibility and strategic thinking across institutions, organisations and public governance.
A significant contribution to this agenda is linked to the TransINNOVATE project (Erasmus+), presented by representatives of the TAH – Technology, Art and Humanities Centre. TransINNOVATE promotes an interdisciplinary model that integrates technology, humanities and creative approaches in order to strengthen decision-making capacities in complex environments. The project develops innovative learning formats and AI-supported tools that help educators and professionals move beyond disciplinary silos and cultivate systemic, context-aware thinking.
Within the broader conference themes—OSINT integration, AI agents, cyber resilience, institutional robustness and knowledge-based governance—TransINNOVATE exemplifies how transdisciplinary education can enhance both individual and organisational intelligence. By fostering critical digital literacy, ethical reflection and strategic use of AI, the project contributes to building a new generation of professionals capable of navigating information overload and responding responsibly to rapid technological change.
The event positions AI not as a substitute for human agency, but as an instrument that requires governance, ethical grounding and informed leadership. In this context, TransINNOVATE represents a practical pathway towards strengthening innovation, resilience and intelligent decision-making in higher and professional tertiary education.
